San Francisco Afternoon
Last night, as I was preparing some work I was doing for an upcoming business trip, I suddenly realized I did not yet get a Chinese Visa! I am leaving for Singapore and China this weekend, and everything just seems not ready. I have been so busy with work, lately, I literally did not have time to go have this taken care of. Luckily, the Chinese Embassy has an express one day turn around time, for an extra fee, but all this running around meant I got to spend the afternoon in San Francisco.
The Chinese Embassy is located, ironically, in the middle of the San Francisco Japantown. Chinese dominance, one small part of the world at a time. =P Afterwards, I drove through the city, down California Street, and then back to the office. My work, as I found, isn't going to do itself.....
